About
Let me tell you a bit about myself!
I grew up in a small Swedish town right by the lovely lake Vättern. Now, my blonde hair may say “poster girl for Sweden”, but I’m actually half Swedish and half Norwegian (the mountains at the top are from my childhood in northern Norway). Anyway, music was always around – with my parents being musicians I was always encouraged to be creative. I started with playing the piano and trombone, but somewhere along the way singing took over. So at fifteen, full of excitement, I packed my bags and moved half-way across the country to start my musical theatre training at Lunds Dans & Musikalgymnasium.
And the whirlwind had only just begun. After graduating I went on to get my BA(hons) in musical theatre at Glasgow Academy of Musical Theatre Arts. Let me tell you, Scotland is definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve called home. The people, the nature – it’s hard to beat! And here’s a little fun fact; I actually picked up the accent (somehow) and my English now have a natural Scottish tinge!
You might have already guessed it, but next on my bucket list was London. Once again I packed what I could in my suitcase and headed down south. Between classes, working and having a good ol’ time with my friends, it’s sure to say there was never a dull moment! Today I’m based in Gothenburg and I’m always on the lookout for new adventures and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
